Goals  In keeping with our mission we are currently interested in the following goals: Use of Crystal Lake - Preservation of healthy water and land ecology
- Greater winter access through snow removal around Crystal Lake
- Greater warm weather access for swimmers from the public swim facility
Informing citizens about Crystal Lake Activities and Regulations - Brochure on Crystal Lake
- Better signs in the Coves and new Crystal Lake Park
- Articles in the TAB
Safety- Crosswalks at the Coves and streets that abut the swim area (e.g. Allerton Rd)
- Addressing speeding on Lake Ave and Rogers St
Improving Enforcement of Regulations Through:- Regular Meetings with Newton police officers and Parks and Recreation
Landscape Improvements- Cronin Cove
- Levingston Cove
- Paul’s Park
- Crystal Lake Park
Maintenance- Lawn, path, plants and trees--including watering and path repairs
- Plowing and sanding continuous path through winter
- Trash removal especially from the edge of the Lake
Infrastructure - Street repairs
- Curb and sidewalk repairs
- New bridge and fence on Centre St.
